Are you a way-shower like me?

Did you know that the way other people interact and react to us doesn’t happen in a vacuum?

There’s a major influencing force that affects how stakeholders, leaders and teams engage with you…

You.

On my “How to Lead Your Virtual Team through Change” webinar last week, I shared how important it is for you to show up and “be the change you want to see” (as Gandhi would say).

It doesn’t matter if you’re running meetings, workshops or session for people joining from home, in the office or a hybrid mix of both - it always starts with you.

  • If you want attendees for your online meeting to have their cameras on, you need to have yours on.

  • If you want people to engage and interact wholeheartedly, you need to play full out and participate with all your heart for other facilitators and leaders.

  • If you want to create a magical experience for teams, you need to bring the magic.

Part of Change is embedding ways of working.

Part of being a change leader is being a way-shower.

I'm a way-shower, and I have a feeling that you might be, too. I can already sense the power and passion in you and together, we can truly change the world for the better.

Other people might not get you, but lovely lady - I do.

It's why you're here, in my circle.

Because your path is to shine bright and light the way for others.

You have just a few more hours left to watch the webinar replay - replay access finishes at 8.00pm AEDT (Sydney time) on Tuesday 23 November - click here to access it.
